I am so pleased with the work that VIP home solutions did. I had contacted many people and had been told no for this job. VIP said no problem, and it was! We expanded my front door from a 32 inch to a 36-inch without any trouble they got it all lined up. And fixed my foundation issue for a very reasonable price. Me and my kids now live in a very safe and secure home and I'm so happy! Highly recommend them! And they picked up my doors from the store for me!!!

I worked recently with VIP solutions to install a new roof to my home & sunroom. They also installed new gutters and downspouts & siding. They worked endlessly with my insurance company to ensure I received what I needed. They walked me through every step of the way. Communication was excellent. Very happy with the work. I am pleased to provide a 5 star review of VIP Home Solutions. We had an outstanding experience with this company when they very recently installed a new roof and complete sub roof on our home. Within a relatively short time frame, we discovered that we needed to have our roof inspected. We were given Jim's name by a trusted source. From the initial guidance that Jim provided, to VIP's communications with our insurance company, to my meeting and communications with Raine- everything was prompt, informative and extremely helpful. In short, we received great work and customer service all along the way. That included our amazing project manager (Ed) and his crew. The crew's work was outstanding in every way. In oppressive heat conditions- they did not slight us in any manner or cut any corners. Their work on replacing our (challenging) chimney wraps was EXCEPTIONAL! They paid attention to every detail and their clean-up was more than I had come to expect in my interactions with other contractors. They even left my gutters much cleaner than they found them. I am very pleased with the quality of their work- and the finished product looks great. Ed was a GREAT project manager and bent over backwards to answer any question or concerns that I had- and he has a very easy, informative and reassuring presence. I very much enjoyed my interactions with Ed and will actually miss him now that the job is complete. I never look forward to a project of this type- but VIP left us with a top-notch job and a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

We have used VIP two separate times with home repairs. Both times an insurance claim was involved. The most resent was our roof repair/replacement. Raine personally came out to our home the day after making contact to tarp our roof. From start to finish it was a seamless transaction. The end result is nothing other then impressive. The team of workers were friendly, hardworking, quick, detail oriented and cleaned up 100%. I will be recommending VIP Home Solutions to anyone looking for home repairs and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you again to everyone involved.

We have used VIP for many projects over the years, most recently they remodeled our bathroom, new shower, new tub, and new flooring. Some plumbing issues came up while they were working and took care of it with ease. The workers are skilled and sometimes worked 12 hour days to get the job done in a timely fashion. Two things we love about VIP, no job is too big OR too small, and they always clean up after.

VIP replaced our roof yesterday and also repaired some siding, some trim, and a window. Raine was very patient and helpful through the process and Walter and his roofing team did a quality, thorough, timely job. They were on the job around 0700 and finished the job before 4 pm. They protected the house and yard and did a great cleanup. I recommend vip. Everything was as promised and cost was competitive.

My experience with VIP Solutions has been extremely poor. Two jobs.
1). They installed a fence on my property and rather than ensure the posts were securely set, they instead nailed it to the fence behind it. I found this out about 6 months after the fence was installed as it started to bow at the point at which the fence was nailed to the fence behind it. After many discussions with Jim, the owner, I insisted that they refund me my money. They eventually did, however they stated they will not take the current fence down which they should have.
2). They installed 2 replacement windows, however, 2 yrs 8 months later, it was determined that the jamb was compromised but they never informed me at the time of installation and rather caulked it. We all know how long caulk lasts and I was concerned with mold growing and other issues. In addition, the window was put in too tight causing a bow in the window. When I went to Jim, the owner, and expressed my dissatisfaction, he said he felt caulking was enough and would not agree to refund me a portion of the window that I paid to have this issue fixed.
I can’t express my dissatisfaction with the company and would never refer anyone for any services they offer.

We contracted VIP to fix a faucet spout that was leaking behind a tile wall. I will give them credit for taking this smaller scale job that many companies were not interested in fixing. When Raine came to our house to quote the work he described removing a large section of tiles so new cement board could be installed on studs before the tile would be replaced after the plumbing repair. For this amount of work and materials we accepted the quote because we thought it was reasonable.
When the plumber/ tile worker came to do the work it was done differently. To start the gentlemen was nice but did not seem prompted on what work he was supposed to be doing. He also struggled to speak English so this made it hard for my wife and him to communicate on what was supposed to be done. In the end he removed just 6 tiles, fixed the leak, patched just that section of the wall using a piece of wood and expanding foam, then replaced the 6 tiles. It took him about 4 hours.
When it was time to pay for the work I explained to Raine that my wife an I were not happy with the repair not matching what he had explained. I explained that we did not think the quality and extent of work matched the quoted price, and he did little to remedy the situation. I'll admit the wording in the contract was vague so I'll take this as a learning experience for future work. Despite nice staff I cannot say we are impressed with VIP. I do not recommend using them for repairs.

I want start by making sure it is clear that all individuals mentioned were professional and nice. Just a few hours after paying for the work and writing my original review I received a call from the owner of VIP. He wanted to personally understand why we weren't happy with our experience. We had a great conversation about how things could be better in the future. This type of service is what you get with a smaller local business and goes a long way. It wasn't just a paycheck for them. They take pride
in what they do and want happy, long term, repeat customers. We came to an agreement that was fair for everyone and he made it very clear that I could leave my review negative, amend it, or delete it. I was in no way pressured to give this update. Was there some miscommunication for our project? Yes. However, the response of VIP is top notch and they deserve the praise. I can now say I trust this company, appreciate what they stand for, and you should give them a chance to do the same for you. I recommend chatting with VIP for their services.

VIP Home Solutions went above and beyond for us. What originally began as a small job to replace trim and re-seal some windows, developed into a huge project during which the back of our home had to literally be taken down to the studs and re-built. Jim, Nathan, Jeff and the whole VIP team treated our situation with the consideration that was warranted. The communication was fantastic and we felt listened to, cared about, and respected throughout what was a very stressful and emotional course of events. Not to mention the quality of the work VIP did on our home was amazing! It looks beautiful and the best part is we know it was done the RIGHT WAY! We’re so thankful we had VIP Home Solutions to do the work and would recommend them 1000%! We’re looking forward to being able to use them again sometime in the future for a “normal” job!

Phenomenal work from VIP on my roof gables. It looks beautiful and bombproof. Nice to find a group of trustworthy contractors we can call out when needed. Will have them back out for some siding, foundation and plumbing work later this year as well.

I am thrilled with the work VIP completed for my new bathroom. They understood my vision of honoring my 100 year-old home with the design, and I could not be happier. Jim, Raine, Nathan, and the entire team had great communication throughout. They also installed flooring in the rest of my home and did a beautiful job matching trim. I would recommend them over and over for any home remodel or restoration project.

I would highly recommend VIP Solutions. I had trouble getting the ball rolling on a project at home with another contractor and came across VIP Solutions. They were prompt and communicated throughout the entire process. I really liked the personal touch they offered by coming out before and after to ensure the work had been completed properly. The gentlemen who completed the work were also polite and prompt and did a nice job on our bathroom ceiling. All were friendly to our dog as well!

Jim and Raine came out to look at my property and help me come up with a plan to repair the entire front of my home. They stayed in touch with me and worked with my budget to make my home look amazing. Everyone was very courteous during the process and took care of my property during the work. I can’t say enough about the professional work we had done with VIP home solutions. We tried staying local but that was not to be. Justin has been the most responsive , respectful contractor I’ve ever worked with. He constantly kept us updated every step of the way. We had a stoop torn off and replaced with an 8x20 concrete porch w/ gable roof. He tore off our old roof and replaced it and are replacing our old gutters with new 6” continuous. His subs were respectful and cleaned behind themselves all through their work. I’ll never hire anyone else. My wife and I have been married 41 years and I’ve never seen her so giddy. Great job Justin, if all their people were like you then that’s a good day for VIP. Update, we had VIP back to demo and renovate and we are super pleased. Thanks for all your hard work and we’ll be seeing you as your doing out kitchen next !!

After becoming new home owners, we were excited to tackle this project with an expert, professional, and friendly team. We have an alcove in our bedroom, which was the only realistic place to put our bed in the room, but it wasn’t nearly large enough for us to comfortably use.
